If your account has been suspended and you believe this was a mistake, you can appeal by contacting our support team over email. Send us a message and our team will review your case.

In your email, explain your situation clearly and include the username and email address of the account you are appealing for.

Important things to know when you appeal

Please make sure you know the username and email address of the exact account you are appealing for. You will make it easy for our AI and humans to find your case in the backend, and if you are unable to produce valid credentials that match the account under suspension, we won't be able to assist you at all.

It is possible that your appeal will not be accepted. If you have received earlier warnings or restrictions, or in case we have strong signals that your account has been involved in fraud, we reserve the right not to reinstate your account. However, if you really have not broken any of our Marketplace Guidelines, your appeal should get accepted.
