Be honest
- Use your real identity and keep your profile accurate.
- Describe items, trips, and requests truthfully.
- Honor the offers and agreements you make in chat.
Do not carry prohibited or illegal items
- No drugs, weapons, explosives, or other illegal goods.
- No counterfeit goods or items that infringe someone else's rights.
- No items that break the customs or import rules of the destination.
- No sealed packages, cash, or documents when you do not know the contents.
If you are unsure whether an item is allowed, do not carry it. You are responsible for what is in your luggage.
Keep deals honest
Payment happens off-app and Carry.me does not provide escrow, insurance, or buyer protection. Agree terms clearly and only deal with verified, well rated members. See Payments & fees.
Treat people with respect
- No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- No spam or off-platform solicitation.
- Communicate through Carry.me chat so there is a record of what was agreed.
Do not commit fraud
- No scams, fake handovers, or chargeback abuse.
- No impersonation of other members or of Carry.me.
- No creating new accounts to avoid a suspension.
Reporting
